We celebrated my daughter's 10th bday, and the staff went all out to make her feel special! Got some yummy cakes and mocktails waiting for us. The Straits Kitchen food was spot on for both lunch and breakfast. The pool is simply awesome! Only wished the breakfast options included more without extra charges.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from iconic landmarks like the sky garden and the vibrant brick lane, making it super convenient for exploring the city, and the friendly staff made my solo stay feel welcoming. however, the breakfast pricing could use some adjustment.

The mini bar in the room was a delightful surprise, and we also enjoyed sipping cocktails by the pool. The spa's massage treatments were pure bliss, perfect for unwinding after a long day. It would have been great if the check-in process was smoother, but overall, we loved our stay! 😊

The warm and welcoming staff enhanced the experience, particularly Ms. Xinchen from guest relations. Fresh unlimited pancakes from the coffee shop were a delightful treat, but the limited dining options in the immediate vicinity were a minor downside.

I found the gym a bit underwhelming, missing that high-end fitness vibe that you expect from a luxury stay. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable, sagging in the middle, which detracted from a good night's sleep despite the opulence around it.

i had a lovely stay at pan pacific. the location is super convenient, just a short walk to the underground. the bathroom was a highlight with stunning diptyque products, and the room was spacious and beautifully designed. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us.
